Fred’s extensive experience in construction spans over several decades, beginning when he was ten years old, working on job sites with his best friend’s contractor father. Throughout his career, Fred has held various roles, from drywall taper to assistant superintendent and vice president of construction for major builders.

At Core Building Company, Fred brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role of Vice President of Construction. He is responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring quality control, and optimizing operational efficiency. Fred’s hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in maintaining Core’s high standards.
