His journey in finance began with a major public accounting firm, eventually leading him to pivotal roles such as the controller at Hayden Beverage, CFO for a real estate company, and owner of an investment company. Rick's extensive experience in the construction industry, combined with his keen financial acumen, has made him an invaluable asset to Core.

A major part of Rick’s responsibilities is ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Core’s financial statements. His ability to articulate the company’s financial position and future prospects to bankers and stakeholders has been crucial in securing funding and fostering growth. Rick’s strategic mindset and relationship-building skills differentiate him from traditional bookkeepers, emphasizing his role in managing people, business operations, and financial relationships.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys playing tennis and golf, spending time with his family, and indulging in his passion for reading.
